“[07/2024] I, too, was dissuaded by their star rating! But once I was there... I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about... BLUF: Patient since 2023. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I've not utilized every provider - but everyone I've ever interacted with (staff, therapist(s), special programs coordinators , etc) are not only amazing, but they also give a damn about your mental health. STAFF: I've never seen them not cheery; I've also seen them deal with some rude, ornery people and remain helpful and courteous. They've established certain relationships with other organizations to better facilitate care; records, authorizations, referrals, insurance, all of it. THERAPIST(S): Still new to this service, I'll update as I go. SPECIAL PROGRAMS COORDINATOR: I can't do this woman justice. Amazing! She is friends with every patient. She is kind, courteous, and truly gives a damn. I've seen her deal with it all: the unruly, persnickety, urgent medical situations, the full spectrum. You couldn't ask for a better person. PSYCHIATRIST(S): I've only seen 1, thus far his psychiatric/ pharmaceutical knowledge exceeds that of all of the others I've had for nearly a decade.”
