Here’s a version that gets your point across clearly: My experience with Foundation Medical Group was extremely disappointing. Communication was last minute, inconsistent, and very unprofessional throughout the process. It felt like the organization was more focused on larger-volume business opportunities rather than building professional relationships with growing programs and providers. At one point, it seemed assumptions were made about the size and value of my organization without fully understanding the number of clients and referrals we actually had and continue to have. There was poor coordination, lack of follow-through, and unnecessary confusion regarding scheduling and onboarding. In behavioral health, professionalism, communication, and reliability matter, and unfortunately my experience did not reflect that. They missed out on a long-term business relationship because of how things were handled. Based on my experience, I will not be recommending this organization to anyone.”

“they are so nice. they’re kind people and will make sure you are okay and understand the processes fully before proceeding. they accept a lot of different insurances which is amazing. i made over a 3 hour drive to visit them based on their reviews and am so happy with it. they also offer virtual appointments too which is amazing.”
