How likely are you to recommend Dominion Behavioral Healthcare?
“All of the providers and staff I've met there are A1: The folks at the front desk are very professional, friendly, and accommodating/helpful; and Thomas and Shae are the kindest and most respectful people you could want to meet in healthcare, managing their respective practice and Spravato clinic. They will make sure you feel comfortable, (really) listen to you, and work to make sure that medication refills and treatments are as available to you as possible.”
“I’ve been a patient here for 5 years, Abbie NP & Shay for Spravado rx. Both were outstanding professionally and kind personally, I highly recommend both. The front office has been great to me, enjoy checking in. The only issue I’ve known is with telephone messages at times very slow returning them, the office not therapists. Definitely recommend.”
“Jeff Semler was kind and accommodating regarding my meds. He suggested I schedule an appointment with one of their therapists - I needed that desperately. So I tried. Over a two-week period I called, left VMs; other than a text message from Lexi which I immediately returned, I got no response. Nothing. They are not providing any mental health treatment; to the contrary, they are feeding the damage. Don’t go there.”
“Mostly everyone there was very nice but all of the sudden I completely lost contact with everyone at the office. I called three times to get my test results from nuero testing and to get medication that I desperately needed refilled, leaving a voicemail with my name and number and no response. I also tried to contact my personal psychiatrist and she ignored all of my messages. I was also treated like a kid during my appointments with my psychiatrist doubting that I was taking the meds I needed. As a young but mature 18 year old I felt very taken advantage of. If you send your young adults or children here I suggest going with them.”
